thinking

Negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and fears can hold us back from reaching our full potential.

Our mind story is based on past experiences and trauma exposures. In our mindset, we can attach a meaning to an incident or make assumptions based on the words and actions of others. The story we tell ourselves may not be true.

If our vision is skewed or our perception off, our faulty internal compass may lead us down the wrong path. We need to be proactive and strategic in our relationship interactions. We need to recognize and realize that our impact on others matters.

Cognitive distortions, relationship interference and narcissism can wreak havoc on our immune system. Toxic patterns can develop based on our programming. Periodic appraisal of communication styles, connections, and thought processes can assist us in releasing what no longer serves.
